atk11 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Carefully Before Playing

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between atk11 (referred to herein as "atk11", "the platform", "we", or "us") and any individual (referred to as "you", "the user", or "the player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the atk11 website located at atk11.net and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and linked services.

By accessing any part of the atk11 platform — including browsing the homepage, registering an account, logging in via the atk11 Login page, making a deposit, placing a bet, spinning a slot, or contacting support — you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by all of its provisions.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the atk11 platform and must not attempt to register or maintain an active account. Continued use of any portion of atk11 constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current version of this Agreement.

atk11 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of this Agreement at any time without prior individual notice. When material changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of atk11 following any update constitutes acceptance of the amended Agreement.

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of this document shall be the definitive reference. atk11 operates in English exclusively; no other language version of these terms has legal standing.

Access to the atk11 platform and all of its services — including casino games, sports betting, deposit facilities, and promotional offers — is strictly restricted to persons who are 18 years of age or older. This age restriction applies without exception. Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing funds, placing bets, or claiming any bonus on the atk11 platform.

By creating an atk11 account, you explicitly confirm that you are aged 18 or above at the time of registration. atk11 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during your account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — any of which must clearly show your date of birth and photograph.

In addition to the age requirement, you confirm that:

• You are accessing atk11 voluntarily and for your own personal entertainment.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party or professional gambling organisation.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from the atk11 platform or any affiliated service.
• You are not currently subject to a voluntary or compulsory self-exclusion order on any gambling platform.

If atk11 determines at any point — including after account opening — that a player was under 18 years of age at the time of registration, the account will be closed immediately, all gameplay during the period of underage access will be declared void, all deposits made by the underage player will be returned to the original payment method, and any winnings generated during that period will be forfeited in full.

To access real-money games, betting markets, and payment services on atk11, you must create a registered account via the atk11 Login page. Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a mobile number capable of receiving SMS.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one atk11 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of the email address, mobile number, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of this Agreement. Where duplicate accounts are identified, atk11 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to forfeit any outstanding bonus balances.

atk11 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit the following documents at any stage:

• Proof of Identity: Bangladesh NID card, passport, or driving licence (colour copy, all four corners visible).
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your name and current address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account registered in your own name, or a bank statement from the account used to fund your atk11 wallet.

Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold. atk11 is not liable for any delays in processing withdrawals that arise directly from incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC submissions.

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your atk11 account credentials, including your username and password. atk11 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS, which is available from the account security settings. You must notify atk11 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

atk11 operates a BDT-denominated account system. All deposits, game stakes, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There are no intermediate currency conversions and no foreign exchange fees applied to any transaction on the atk11 platform.

Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum individual deposit limit imposed by atk11 at the platform level, though individual payment providers may apply their own daily transaction limits.

Withdrawal conditions:

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the atk11 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within minutes of request approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• atk11 does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own applicable charges.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Requests submitted by accounts that have not completed identity verification may be held pending document review.
• atk11 reserves the right to request the source of funds documentation for large withdrawals as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

All payments made to atk11 must originate from sources that are legally obtained and belong exclusively to you. atk11 operates in strict compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) principles and will report any suspicious financial activity as required by applicable law. Any funds deposited that are suspected to be proceeds of crime will be withheld and reported to the appropriate authorities.

atk11 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. All transactions must be conducted through the supported fiat BDT payment methods listed above.

atk11 offers a range of bonus promotions to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, enhanced cricket odds, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), BPL, and the T20 World Cup. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time of issue, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

General bonus conditions applicable to all atk11 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• All deposit bonuses and free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement). The applicable multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳30,000 before any portion of the bonus balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering at the expiry of the promotional period will be automatically removed from your account.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, including Andar Bahar, Baccarat, and Roulette, may contribute at a reduced rate or may be entirely excluded from wagering contribution for specific bonus types. The applicable contribution rates will be stated in individual promotion terms.
• atk11 reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or alter any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or manipulation.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering process, or combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

Players who wish to decline a bonus offer should contact atk11 support before making a qualifying deposit, as bonus funds credited to an account cannot always be reversed once wagering has commenced.

As an atk11 player, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes and in strict compliance with this Agreement. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the atk11 platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any account balance:

• Providing false information: Registering with inaccurate personal details, a false date of birth, or documents belonging to another person.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one atk11 account, whether directly or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Collusion: Coordinating bets, sharing account access, or working with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, software tools, macros, or any automated system to interact with atk11 games or betting markets in a manner not authorised by atk11.
• Bonus abuse: Deliberately exploiting errors in bonus calculations, taking advantage of technical glitches, or systematically placing low-risk wagers designed solely to clear wagering requirements rather than engage in genuine play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or mobile wallet provider for deposits made to atk11 without first raising the matter with the atk11 support team and allowing a reasonable resolution period.
• Harassment: Using threatening, abusive, or offensive language toward atk11 support staff, other players, or any party associated with the atk11 platform.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access any part of the atk11 platform beyond your own registered account, including attempting to access administrative systems, other players' accounts, or backend infrastructure.

atk11 monitors account activity continuously using automated and manual review processes. If any prohibited conduct is identified, atk11 reserves the right to take immediate action without prior notice, including voiding bets, reversing withdrawals, closing accounts, and retaining funds where required by applicable law or this Agreement.

atk11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may result in suspension or closure include — but are not limited to — breach of any provision of this Agreement, suspected fraudulent activity, incomplete KYC documentation, chargebacks, or regulatory compliance requirements.

Where an account is suspended or closed for reasons attributable to a breach of this Agreement, atk11 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a material breach, any bonus balances, winnings generated through prohibited conduct, and funds associated with fraudulent payment activity may be forfeited.

Voluntary account closure: Players who wish to close their atk11 account voluntarily may do so by contacting the atk11 support team. Upon receiving a closure request, atk11 will confirm the outstanding balance, process any eligible withdrawal to the verified payment method on file, and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Players should note that accounts under active investigation or with outstanding bonus wagering obligations may require additional processing time before closure is completed.

Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion via the atk11 responsible gaming tools, accessible after logging in. During a self-exclusion period, the account is suspended from all play, no deposits are accepted, and no marketing communications are sent. atk11 processes self-exclusion requests immediately and without requiring a reason. atk11 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While atk11 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted access to its services, atk11 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from interruption caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, scheduled maintenance, DDoS attacks, or force majeure events.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, atk11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits from interrupted betting sessions, loss of data, loss of account access due to forgotten credentials, or any claim arising from the actions of third-party payment processors including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or affiliated banks.

atk11 games are sourced from certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Play'n GO, and Spribe. While atk11 selects only providers whose random number generators and payout percentages are independently certified, atk11 cannot be held responsible for technical malfunctions, data corruption, or disconnection events that occur within third-party game software. In the event of a verified technical error that affects the outcome of a game round, atk11 will review the session and, where appropriate, void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the player's account balance.

atk11's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.

Nothing in this Agreement limits atk11's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or restricted.
